Each Shirley and Billy Weir Scholarship recipient shall be entitled to a full scholarship at the college or university selected by the recipient, which shall include:

Tuition

100% of Tuition Costs.

Room and Board.

Books, supplies, lab fees, computer (if required by college or university) and other course related fee and expenses.
